Renato has been working with legal recruitment for more than a decade and has spearheaded national and international projects and consulting for law firms, companies and financial institutions.

He is also the host of the Right of Answer Podcast, where he biweekly interviews personalities from the legal field.

He is also a lecturer and professor of various courses in renowned educational institutions such as Mackenzie and EPD and a Member of the Advisory Board of Ibrademp.

Samille is a psychologist with a degree from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a graduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. She serves as a senior consultant at Sapiro.

She has over 14 years of experience in the strategic area of People Management, with experience in medium and large companies from various industries, and in a renowned law firm.

She is also a specialist in attracting talent and strategic compensation, with extensive experience in defining and implementing projects that are designed to meet the needs of each team and business.

Felipe Zorzi is a specialist in Marketing and Behavioral Economics, and an entrepreneur in these two fields.

He has been an essential part of Sapiro’s history since its inception and is currently part of the company’s strategic board for decision-making with potential impact on business growth.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Strategic Planning and Marketing from FGV, he works to generate value and increase efficiency and profitability in service, consumer goods and finance companies.

He has held leadership positions in companies such as AmBev, Pepsico, BID and Dentons in Brazil and abroad. He also led initiatives in the tertiary sector and focused on sustainability.

He is also a Technical Advisor for Fundação Dom Cabral in Strategic Planning projects for medium-sized companies.

Helem is a lawyer and journalist, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUCPR). She is currently a consultant at Sapiro, where she participates in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Throughout her career as a lawyer, she has worked in medium and large organizations, focusing on the legal operations area, where she was responsible for providing technical support and managing the internal legal activities of law firms. Additionally, she holds certifications in compliance and anti-corruption.

As a journalist, she worked for over six years in marketing and communication, with experience in content creation for companies and associations, as well as managing websites and social media.

Daniela is a Mathematician, graduated from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz and has a postgraduate degree in Business Management with a specialization in Accounting for non-Accountants. She has worked for over 15 years in multinational companies in the technology sector, being responsible for administrative, accounting, financial and payroll routines for Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and the USA. She is an accounting leader at Ansys do Brasil, in addition to providing financial consultancy for Sapiro.
